Nitroplanes.com is sending something again. He didn't say what but last year it was that Bobcat ARF that Smitty has been flying.

Hobby Town USA has come through with 2 25 dollar gift cards for the registered pilots drawing and 25 $10 gift cards for raffle prizes.

I've also got RCUniverse shirts and hats here, and a Real Flight G4.5

I'm also going to figure out a gift cert for some free graphics.

Did you ever connect with Robert about whether we have to be present to win the raffle?

Yay! Thanks Dave! I meant to talk to you yesterday but you were gone when I went looking for you.

Ron from Southeast RC Engines is donating a gasser engine (or gift certificate if the motors don't arrive in time)

You don't have to be present to win, but you must supply your name and phone number on the ticket, no name and and number, or you dont claim it that day, we keep on drawing!

The North American Aviation T-28 Trojan was a piston-engined military trainer aircraft used by the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy beginning in the 1950s. Although the Air Force phased out the aircraft out of primary pilot training by the early 1960s, continuing use only for limited training of special operations aircrews and for primary training of select foreign military personnel, the aircraft continued to be used as a primary trainer by the Navy (and by default, the Marine Corps and Coast Guard) well into the early 1980s.
So yep, T-28 is a warbird.
