Wow, nice head set.

To answer your question Yes you can but with a caveat; someone with control of the craft MUST see it first hand. So, if you are using an FPV google you must have a buddy cord to another Tx so a buddy can take over flying if it gets out of visual range or in trouble.

As this implies you can not fly FPV beyond visual range.

If you want the precise wording of the rule just Google "AMA Document #550"

Have fun1

There are no exceptions. The rule is the rule as stated. If you fly at an AMA field, do not abide by the rules and cause an incident the AMA will not back you but put all the power at their disposal to attack you.

Not a good situation.

You can place a new post in this forum detailing your equipment, Tx and Rx, and what you're flying. Maybe someone with experience for that aircraft and has a Tx that will buddy cord with yours will step up.

If that doesn't do it then come to the meeting Sunday at 10:00 and ask. Should be a lot of people there for the meeting.

Good luck.

You dont need a buddy cord, you need a spotter and the craft must be within visual line of site of the spotter.
