This was a photo of the first autorotation problem that did not damage the helicopter. The "smoke" is really just sand being kickied up. The other crash and fire happened later.

I really enjoy building kits and from plans. All of my helicopters were built from kits with nothing assembled by the factory. I try to avoid ARFs but sometimes the price and less work is too good...
